Week at Grandmas

Can you tell they are dying to be grandparents?

Jade got to spend a couple extra days at Mimi's house before Tyler and Whitney got to town. So we took advantage of going to play with her every day.  We went swimming, ate treats, and played downtown at the city splash pad. 

Great Grandmas Farm

On Saturday we went up to my Great Grandmas farm for a dutch oven cook out. It was so fun to show Brock the farm and have him meet my sweet Great Grandma! We climbed the haystacks, explored the farm, fed the horses and indulged in home made root beer! I loved introducing everyone to my fiancé.

Sunday we relaxed as a family and Jade asked to wear my ring so I said "okay after your bath if you sit so careful with it" and she did just that! even asking Brock "Jade have it?" she is the sweetest thing. On Monday we took a trip to the aquarium and looked at all the sharks and fish. Vera was in awe looking at the sharks and of course Jade had a ball!

This year we went to Whitney and Tyler's house for the Fourth and we had the essentials for dinner- ribs, mac and cheese, watermelon, corn and root beer floats! we played with sparklers and watched all the fireworks in the front yard. It was so cute how excited Jade was watching the fireworks and playing with sparklers. We are so happy we got to go up to Orem and spend the weekend!
