Maui: 2014 Day Five

Our last day in Maui we stopped at the fruit and veggie stand

before heading to the airport. I love farmer markets and taking pics of all

the produce I think its so pretty! we cracked open a coconut and packaged our own

pineapple to take home with us. We also tried the natural smoothies made with natural

sugars and the produce from the island it was.. interesting! haha we tried the

mango bread and banana bread too those were so yummy!

we were so sad to leave the island it was an amazing week!

Maui 2014 : Day Four

Day Four in Maui was full of fun adventures!

we went down stairs for breakfast at the resorts buffet it was our favorite.

Unlimited fruit, orange juice and coffee what more could you need?

then we went whale watching in Lahaina on a fun tour boat.

They served lunch and drinks and we got to see whales up close for two hours.

It was the best time to whale watch since the whales are coming to the island to have their babies.

After the whale watching tour we went back to our resort and rented snorkeling

gear and went snorkeling at black rock! I was kinda nervous just the whole being 

underwater with moving things and breathing out of a tube scared me. 

Brock held my hand the whole time and we seen so many fishes, coral and seashells. Brock kept pointing at fish to show me and seashells on the ground and picked them up and put them in his pocket.

I thought it was really cute I wish I could have captured that moment I had the best 

feeling.

After snorkeling we played on the beach and went swimming and then headed up

to our room to get ready for dinner. We walked down to whalers village

and ate at one of the ocean side grills we all agreed it was the best food we had ever eaten.

It was bitter sweet because it was our last night in Maui. After dinner we got some ice cream

(Brock got ice-cream ) and we took a walk on the beach and slowly head back to the resort.

Maui 2014 : Day Three

Day three in Maui we got around a little slower this morning and took our time getting ready.

Brock and I matched on accident with our shoes and shorts (we always end up matching)

We made our way down to Starbucks for coffee and when everyone was done getting ready we headed to Lahaina! it was about ten minutes from our resort and it has everything! outside mall, restaurants,

whale watching, site seeing, movie theaters pretty much everything! we saw tons of black crabs 

crawling all over the rocks.

We ate breakfast in the cutest restaurant called Longhi's the windows were open looking out to the ocean, the tile was black and white and everything else was white it was really pretty. we ordered banana pancakes with coconut syrup and fresh squeezed orange juice.

after we ate we walked around the town and looked in all the shops. 

we visited the biggest tree in the world and got shaved ice

We spent most of the day in Lahaina and then headed back to the resort and went swimming!

after we relaxed a little we got ready for dinner and head back to Lahaina and ate dinner at Bubba Gumps! My family has been there when we went to Cali but Brock had never been so it was a fun environment. After dinner there was an ice cream shop across the street and Brock of course had

to get some and I just posed for the picture because I was way to full.
