ACC Championship Game

Today we went to the ACC Championship game!
North Carolina vs Virginia Tech with Brock's brother Dillan 
and their two buddies Todd and Chase! 

We got the traditional baseball snacks and I tried to keep up with 
who was winning. Downtown Durham is so much fun!
The only bad part about the day was when I dropped and shattered my iPhone
and we were all sweating bullets with how hot it was!

Hotel life

We moved into our apartment this week HOORAY!

my kitchen is pretty pretty and it sure beats being in a hotel.

I love cooking so it has been good eating around here no more ramen 

and mac and cheese! (even though I secretly love mac and cheese)

These love notes were saved from hotel life.

Crabtree Creek Trail

For the last two weeks we have been living out of a hotel while our apartments are being furnished. Even though living off of Mac and Cheese and turkey sandwiches gets old the trail next to the hotel is beautiful every time! 

Except today when I encountered my first snake.. an all black water moccasin.. which I learned was poisonous after I froze, stared, and ran! 

North Carolina Museum of Art

Today we went to the Museum in North Carolina.
We walked through the inside and seen some of the local paintings
and then they had an outside museum with beautiful scenery that I couldn't resist pictures.

This whole place is a museum for a desert girl! I will never get used to the beautiful
green trees.
